Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, are typically processed and confirmed on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm (GMT) may be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will usually be processed on the following Monday.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK bank holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and external factors.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Order acceptance is confirmed at the point of dispatch.

A valid shipping address is required for all orders.
We reserve the right to verify payment details before dispatch, which may occasionally cause delays.
For international orders, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
