Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or unsealed food supplements
  • Products that have been used or tampered with

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, including food supplements.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
